Start at the Beginning

In 1998, veteran hospitality executive Charles Lagarce had a vision: create a guest-centric, flexible, hands-on company rooted in his personal values of integrity, trust and transparency.

Acting on entrepreneurial instinct and many years of hospitality experience, Charles created a hotel and hospitality management company that's decidedly different and unique.

Charles projected an ownership mentality that permeated the entire organization. Every employee was encouraged to focus on long-term profitability and spend each dollar as if it were his or her own.

That philosophy worked.
