The Gallery Host creates an experience for our hotel guests by offering them a larger than home experience with welcoming, helpful and exceptional service. Gallery Hosts responsibilities include servicing the Gallery Host Stand, the Bakery cafe, the Guest Kitchen, the e-room and TV den and servicing the meeting rooms. The Maintenance Host supports the Chief Engineer in maintaining overall appearance and working order of the hotel. This position must be able to work independently as well as with others. Individual must possess previous experience in Hospitality Industry and have 1-3 years previous supervisory experience. Director of Catering · Crowne Plaza Hotel (February 7, 2012)

The Director of Catering is responsible for soliciting new catering accounts, entertaining and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and/or exceed food and beverage revenue goals. Oversee client functions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Some essential functions include outside sales calls, site inspections, written communication and working with other departments on a daily basis. This position will also develop and maintain knowledge of market trends, competition and customers.

This individual must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as inter-personal and sales related experience. Exceptional organizational and supervisory skills, knowledge of food and beverage menus and the ability to communicate customer needs and resolve complaints independently is important in this role.

Bachelor's Degree and past Director of Catering sales preferred.

Our Business Travel Sales Manager solicits accounts that provide individual transient business that ensures maximization of revenue in order to achieve and/or exceed revenue goals through outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication.

Essential functions include, but are not limited to, preparing correspondence to customers, internal booking reports, participate in daily business review meetings, attend trade shows and work with other departments within the hotel.

QUALIFICATIONS Education/ Experience: 5yrs Executive Chef experience in equal food service business levels. Minimum 2yr. Culinary Degree.
