Employee Testimonial

"When I joined Columbus Hospitality while still finishing my college career, I was unsure where my degree would take me. I quickly realized that Columbus Hospitality was a forward thinking employer that provided me the training and leadership to develop my personal strengths and talents. I admire Columbus Hospitality for their commitment to providing their associates with a culture based on recognition of efforts, family first and genuine care for their associates. They continually provide me with the tools to be successful and perform my job on an everyday basis, which is absolutely critical even in its simplicity. Without this, I might be in a completely different field of work today. My career path at Columbus Hospitality has soared and for that I am truly grateful. In addition to my own professional growth and satisfaction I have now learned the skills to mentor our younger associates who are passionate about the hospitality industry. This is one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. We work in a fast paced and positive environment where associates come to work and enjoy their job each and every day. Columbus Hospitality is a recognized leader in our industry and a fantastic employer."
