Charles Lagarce (CHA) – President

• More than 30 years of hospitality experience, including General Manager
• Has served on the board of The American Hotel and Lodging Association, Past President of The Ohio Hotel and Lodging Association, Chairman of The Greater Columbus Lodging Council and Executive Board Member of Experience Columbus

Robert Kot (CHAE) – Corporate Controller

• More than 20 years of experience as Controller, Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, Night Audit and Purchasing

Patty Harklau (CHRE) – Vice President of Human Resources

• More than 30 years of hospitality experience, including Director of Marketing, General Manager and National Marketing Director
• Member of Society of Human Resource Management and Human Resources Association of Central Ohio
• Past President of the Ohio Hotel and Lodging Association

Candace Clunk (CHSP) – Vice President of Sales and Marketing

• Member of Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association
• More than 25 years of hospitality experience, including Director of Marketing, Director of Sales, Revenue Management and Front Services

Thomas Dann (BSBA) – Director of Business Development

• More than 13 years of experience in strategic development, marketing and information systems including five years in the hospitality industry

Dennis "Cody" Hearn (CHAE) – Assistant Corporate Controller

• More than 15 years of experience as Controller, Payroll Manager and Accountant
